These terms cover your use of the SnagDesk app and this website. By using them, you agree to what's set out below. If you don't agree, please don't use the app or the site.
The app
SnagDesk is provided for you to record and report on snags and defects. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you record and for how you use the reports you produce. The app stores your data on your own device, so keeping your device and its backups secure is your responsibility.
Your content
The projects, photos, notes and reports you create in SnagDesk are yours. We don't claim ownership of them, and because the app is offline we don't receive or store them. You're responsible for having the right to photograph and record the sites and details you capture.
Acceptable use
Don't use SnagDesk for anything unlawful, and don't attempt to break, copy or misuse the app. The app is provided as a tool to help you work, not as a substitute for professional judgement about a building or a defect.
No warranty
SnagDesk is provided "as is". While we work to keep it reliable, we don't warrant that it will be error-free or that it will suit every purpose. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for loss arising from use of the app, including loss of data. Keep your own backups switched on in iOS Settings.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app develops. When we do, we'll change the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
