No. SnagDesk works entirely offline. Open the app and start logging.
Is my data backed up?
Your data lives in your iPhone's local storage and is included in iCloud device backups (if enabled in iOS Settings). We never see your data.
Can I customize the PDF report?
Yes. Company name, logo, prepared-by signature, and footer text are all editable in Settings.
