SnagDesk started with a simple frustration: snagging a site is quick, but everything after it is slow. The photos scatter across a camera roll, the list gets retyped into a spreadsheet at night, and the report reaches the client days later. We wanted a tool that closed that gap, so the report is finished before you leave the building.
Built around the site, not the desk
Most tools in this space assume a laptop and a connection. Real sites are half-built, signal is patchy, and time is short. SnagDesk runs entirely on your iPhone and works offline, so capturing a defect, marking up the photo and generating a branded PDF all happen where the work is, not back at a desk.
Private by default
There's no account, no cloud sync and no tracking. Your projects, photos and reports live on your device and go nowhere unless you send them. That's a deliberate choice: your inspection data is yours, and the simplest way to keep it that way is to never collect it in the first place.
Made for UK snagging
SnagDesk uses the language of a UK site, snags and plots and handover, and is aimed at the contractors, builders, site managers and snagging inspectors who walk them. It's early, and it's shaped by the people using it on real jobs. If there's something a snagging tool should do that it doesn't yet, we want to hear it.
