SnagDesk is built to work entirely offline. We don't operate servers that store your projects, photos or reports, and we have no way to access them.
What we collect
Nothing. SnagDesk has no accounts, no sign-in, and no analytics or tracking SDKs. We do not collect personal information, usage data, device identifiers or location data.
Where your data lives
All projects, defects, photos and report settings are stored locally on your iPhone. This data is included in your device's standard iCloud backup only if you have enabled backups in iOS Settings. That backup is controlled entirely by Apple and your iCloud account, not by us.
Sharing reports
When you export a PDF report and send it, for example by email, you choose the recipient using your own apps. SnagDesk simply hands the file to iOS. We are not involved in the transmission and never see the contents.
Third parties
SnagDesk does not share data with third parties because there is no data on our side to share. The app does not contain advertising or third-party tracking.
Children's privacy
SnagDesk is a professional tool and is not directed at children. Because we collect no data, we collect none from anyone, including children.

If we ever change how the app handles data, we'll update this page and the date above.
