How do I customize my PDF report?

Open Settings in the app. There you can set your company name, upload a logo, add a prepared-by signature, and edit the footer text that appears on every report.

Where are my projects stored?

Everything is stored locally on your iPhone. If iCloud device backup is enabled in iOS Settings, your SnagDesk data is included in that backup. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I move my data to a new phone?

Restoring your new iPhone from an iCloud or encrypted Finder backup brings SnagDesk and its data across. There's no separate account to sign into.

How do I annotate a photo?

When viewing a defect photo, tap the markup tool and drag to draw a box around the area of concern. Your annotation is saved with the photo and appears in the exported report.

Which devices are supported?

SnagDesk runs on iPhone with iOS 26 or later.
